-Items will be send by TNT, UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS,China Post etc Shipping time: 4-7 days by TNT, UPS, FedEx, DHL

-Item will be couriered from China to your address. We may fold the gown inside out to protect the beading or lacing.

-Before shipment we will do a careful examination, tried to be no problems.But if the you get the goods found problems, please contact with us, we will help you properly addressed.

 
5. Return Policy
 
Almost all the products can be returned except the custom made ones. Please keep the dress brand new with original tags and label on. Please contact us before you sent the dress back!We will give you the return details. If you just return to the dress to the address on the package, we can not get it and refund you.
 
1. If you find the dress in wrong color or measurements, please send us clear photos within 3 working days since you receive the skirt. You can return and refund or change the skirt.

2. If there is obvious quality problem with the dress, such as large dirt, broken or defects surface, please send us clear photos within 3 working days since you receive the skirt. You can return and refund or change the skirt.

3.If it is not the quality problem, we will deduct the postage when we refund you.

4.Product must be unworn and in the original condition even after tried on for fit and size.Product can not Refund: Worn, Perfumed, Altered or without the original Brand&Labels.
