Canceling orders halfway will cause us a lot of losses, since all our dresses are not in stock, but brand new and custom made for each order.
5.!!!We provide rush order service for all products. If there is a rush order, we strongly suggest you contact us before place order to avoid error estimates.

1.We do not accept returns for custom dresses in size or dresses with any changes requested.
2.For regular sized dresses with no changes, please message me your return request within 5 days of receiving the dress. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.
3.We hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong custom made measurements you provided or standard size which we made right but you chose wrongly, or your event is canceled or the dress is not needed any more, etc.
4.Please must help clear the Custom Taxes. Returned fee will be covered at customer’s end if you do not cooperate withe Tax clearance. Please understand, however customs duty is out of our control, we can't guarantee any tax fee and will not bear any tax fee. All the fees possibly arising out of customs clearance are not covered under the Free Shipping provision.
