A: Usually our production time is 5-7 days, expedited order 3-5 days.

ABOUT DELIVERY TIME
Total Delivery Time=Processing Time + Shipping Time
*Processing time: From the date your payment received to the order pack-up.
*Delivery time: This time is the actual shipping time, the time that couriers pick up the packages and deliver to your address. You can choose standard or expedited shipping methods.
For our warehouse Dresses:
It will take 2-3 days to process the order and the shipping methods you selected.
For our Customize Dresses:
Processing time(around 10-15 Calendar days)+shipping time(according to the shipping method you selected.)
*Rush order is accepted here, processing time within 7-10 days.
*Total Shipping Time of mixed orders with items in different dresses should be calculated using the longest estimate times listed.

Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress has been made according to your requests whatever style, color, or size. Try on your dress as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering or washing the dress. If for some reason that you want to return the products or want to get a refund, we will totally understand.

When you making a return, please include a note with your name, address and order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Size Deviation
If your dress size differs from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, you are encouraged to find a local tailor to make adjustments. In this case, we offer limited alterations reimbursement. Should you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor. Item Is The Size You Ordered But Does Not Fit
Please understand that items that do not fit properly but in accordance with the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. Your option is to look for a local tailoring service at your own cost. Please note that if your order specifications differ greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.
Exchange Policy
Do you wish to exchange your dress for a different size or item?
Unfortunately, we currently don't offer an exchange service for any products at this time. All our dresses are made to order. Therefore, we will not have any extra dresses for exchange. If you want a different item, please return the order and start a new order from scratch.
