2. About Color
Our dress will be made as over 95% similar with the picture. But there may be a slight color difference between the photo and the finished suit, because the same color may have different performances on different screens. Besides, we have our own factory, so you can choose custom made or color change for this suit.
3. About Shipping
a. Usually the dress can be sent out in 7 workdays. During the special holidays such as Chinese Spring Festival and National Day, the time will be a litter longer.
b. The shipping time will depend on the shipping way you choose. We can offer DHL, EMS and UPS, please choose the suitable way according to the time when you want to get the products.
4. About Feedback

Return and refund procedure

Order Cancellation:
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately after the purchase by email at info@sarah-houston.com, indicating your request for cancellation (please note that you have a maximum of 3 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation). The refund will be issued using the same payment method. Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Please be aware that if the order is canceled at the customer's request, a 5% payment processing fee will not be refunded.
