Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and upmost concern. Almost all the products in our store can be returned except the custom made ones. Please keep the dress brand new with original tags and label on. Please contact us before you sent the dress back!We will give you the return details. If you just return to the dress to the address on the package, we can not get it and refund you.
Tips:
a. We don't accept returns for any custom made gowns.
b. We don't accept returns for the reason nothing to do with size and quality! For example "I don't like it", "I order it wrong", "I find another dress more cheaper".
c. If you are not satisfy with the quality and dress not fit for you ( Only for standard size dress ), please contact us within 48 hours after you receive the dress ! Items must be in original shipped condition, unworn, unaltered, and have all original packaging. If there is any dust , dirty spots , change and so on , we shall not offer refund.
d. Customers should afford the shipping cost for shipping back the dress and the custom duty if there is.
e. For free shipping and free custom size orders return,the shipping cost which we paid to ship the dress to you and custom size fee will be deducted from your total amount.

1. When should I order my wedding dress?
All of our gowns can be made to order which means that we do not begin creating your dress until you have placed your order with us. The made-to-order dress takes about 15-25 days to make. If the process is complicated, it will take more time. Please allow enough time for the production and transportation of the dress. We recommend 2-5 months.
As for standard size gowns, it takes around 2 weeks before we ship out your gown.
2. My wedding is coming up in a few weeks, do you have rush order options?
We offer rush order options for brides that need their dress ASAP. Rush fees will apply. If you are in need of a rush order, please contact us in time.
3. Will I need alterations?
All bridal gowns typically need some alterations to be a perfect fit for your special day. We do not offer alterations services after you have received your dress nor are they included in the price of your dress. We offer basic custom sizing using your bust, waist, height, and hollow-to-floor measurements before making to help reduce your potential alteration costs. We suggest you find a professional local tailor who can help you measure accurately.
4. Can you custom make dress if i send you some pictures?
Yes, we are professional wedding dress factory, and we can custom make dress according to your pictures with high quality, welcome to making your wedding dress.
Return Policy
You can only return goods within 14 days from the day you receive them. We advise our customers to examine the contents of their delivery as soon as it arrives. Once you are sure the items are damaged or wrongfully shipped, please initiate the return/refund process as soon as you can.

Size Deviation

Please understand that items that do not fit properly but in accordance with the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. Your option is to look for a local tailoring service at your own cost. Please note that if your order specifications differ greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.
Exchange Policy
Do you wish to exchange your dress for a different size or item?
Unfortunately, we currently don't offer an exchange service for any products at this time. All our dresses are made to order. Therefore, we will not have any extra dresses for exchange. If you want a different item, please return the order and start a new order from scratch.

Order Cancellation
We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. Please note the following cancellation policy:
Orders canceled within 0–24 hours after order confirmation will receive an 90% refund of the price.
Orders canceled within 24–72 hours after order confirmation will receive an 80% refund of the price.
Orders canceled between 72 hours after order confirmation and before shipment will receive a 50% refund.
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
